DRYAIR

Delivering solutions for all heating, thawing, curing and drying needs.

The Dryair System utilizes a hydronic water heater which warms a heat transfer fluid (propylene glycol and water) that is pumped through circulation lines to heat exchangers inside a building. The heat exchangers then heat and re-circulate warm, dry, clean air inside the structure. Heat Exchangers range in size from 80,000 Btu (900 cfm) to 200,000 Btu (2,300 cfm) and up to six 200,000 Btu exchangers can be used per central heating unit.

The ‘controlled environment’ that the Dryair system provides on your jobsite is second to none. Whether you are doing framing, drywall, painting, woodwork, etc., the Dryair system will maintain consistent humidity and temperature levels. No hot or cold spots in your building as the system is flexible and the heat exchangers can be moved on site while work progresses. No reason to shut down the system to move equipment inside the project as all the smaller 1” supply lines and heat exchangers all use quick couplers for easy plug and play capabilities. Safety is another one of the main reasons to use a Dryair system on your project. All the combustion takes place in a ‘controlled environment’ outside the building structure. Therefore no harmful fumes, odors or moisture are put into the building during the project. Once the project is heated, enjoy substantial fuel savings due to the main heating unit having the ability to go from ‘high fire’ to ‘low fire’ to ‘off’. The heat exchangers inside the structure are also thermostatically controlled and will turn themselves on and off.

The Dryair system allows you to customize your approach for each project. Heat can be delivered safely and efficiently, when and where required. Marr Scaffolding offers a variety of models with capacities from 250,000 Btu up to 1.2 million Btu in natural gas, propane, diesel, steam and hot water configurations. The Dryair systems can be used on any project and anywhere heat is required.
